IES TRIVIA NIGHT IS BACK
The Albany Chapter of the IES invites everyone to join us for our 2nd Annual, in-person, IES Trivia Night! This event is open to everyone, so bring your non-lighting co-workers, your friends, and your spouses for a great night of fun. Trivia will be general knowledge (typical bar trivia). Prizes will be awarded to the top two teams.
Sign-up as a team (maximum of 8 players), or if you don’t have a team, sign-up as an individual and we will place you on a team when you arrive!
Not good at trivia? Who cares! Come out and enjoy a drink, meet new people, and take your best guess at the questions.
FOOD & DRINK: Fort Orange craft beer, cider, and wine will be available.
Two for the Road food trucks will be on site to provide tasty treats.
Both food & drink are included with your registration fee!
DATE: Thursday, September 23rd 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm. Trivia starts promptly at 6:00
LOCATION: Fort Orange Brewing, 450 North Pearl Street, Albany, NY
FEE SCHEDULE: $10 for IES Members, $20 for non-members.
TO ATTEND: Please RSVP to [email protected] by September 20, 2021 to ensure an accurate head count.
The venue is indoors but they have two garage doors which will be open, so there will be fresh air cycling through. Fort Orange also has an outdoor space where the food truck will be, so you can be outside if you’d be more comfortable.
The IES Street & Area Lighting Conference is the only conference of its kind dedicated to improving the outdoor lighting business of electric utilities and energy service companies. We continue to provide an open forum for end-users facing the same questions regarding relevant products for specific application, lighting controls, benchmarks from other users in the lighting community, and milestones reached by municipalities, utilities and DOT’s. We strive to maintain a small community feel, creating a great opportunity to network with industry peers through seminars with speaker Q+A, breakout sessions to discuss issues in-depth, an exhibit hall and many networking events with speakers and peers in a comfortable and open atmosphere.
