About the Speaker:
Ryan is the managing engineer for Intertek’s Lighting Center of Excellence on the East Coast, located in Cortland, NY. He has been with Intertek for 7.5 years after he graduated from Clarkson University in 2013 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. His expertise within the industry lies within Airfield, Residential;/Commercial, Germicidal Ultraviolet, and Horticultural lighting. He is originally from Massena, NY, and currently resided in Cicero, NY. Ryan’s professional affiliations and memberships include: Ryan is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) where he sits on the Horticultural Lighting Committee; He is an observing member of ASABE’s ES-311/2 task force for testing horticultural lighting products; and lastly, he is on the Industry Advisory Board on behalf of Intertek in the Greenhouse Lighting and Systems Engineering Consortium, (GLASE).
